Deluxe 1 Bedroom Loft
This deluxe one-bedroom loft is located in our modern, 4 storey structure which sits on the hillside above the Villas. Luxurious in design this loft features polished concrete floors, private balcony and window wall framing an unforgettable view of Summerville Beach.
The bathroom has a walk-in glass rain shower, wet style sink, bump out soaker tub and is equipped with hairdryer, robe and slippers. The bedroom has a plush king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, stove-top (no oven), coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster. Additionally, our kitchenettes are stocked with the essentials in tableware and kitchenware, everything you’ll need to feel at home. The combined living/dining area includes a queen-size sofa bed, flat-screen TV and WiFi. There is a Deluxe One-Bedroom Loft Located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits for all accommodations is one-night room + tax for each rental unit (Based on the rate of accommodation choice at time of year selected).
October 1st – May 31st
No-Shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
72h prior to arrival date, the full deposit will be charged (*Includes Last Minute Bookings)
4-7 days prior to arrival date, ½ the deposit will be charged
8+days prior to arrival date, a full refund of the deposit + $25 admin fee (+tax)
June 1st – September 30th
No-Shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
