Apartments are located up the hill behind the recreation centre, a short walk to beautiful Summerville beach – and all have views of Summerville Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
  • Pet-friendly (*All Seawood rooms will accommodate pets. A $15 plus tax per day fee will be required.)

Cancellation Policy

Deposits for all accommodations is one-night room + tax for each rental unit (Based on the rate of accommodation choice at time of year selected).

October 1st – May 31st

  • No-Shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • 72h prior to arrival date, the full deposit will be charged (*Includes Last Minute Bookings)
  • 4-7 days prior to arrival date, ½ the deposit will be charged
  • 8+days prior to arrival date, a full refund of the deposit + $25 admin fee (+tax)

June 1st – September 30th

  • No-Shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • 1-7 days prior to arrival date, the full deposit charged (*includes Last Minute bookings)
  • *1-7 days prior to arrival date on reservations 4+ nights, will be charged ¼ of the full reservation amount.
  • 8-14 days prior to arrival date, 1/2 refund of the deposit
  • 15+ days prior to arrival date, a full refund of the deposit + $25 admin fee (+tax)
