Sip Local, Taste the Maritimes
At The Grill restaurant, we believe that what goes into your glass should reflect the spirit of the place you’re in. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our classic seasonal cocktail: the Blueberry Lemonade, crafted with Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry Juice, lemonade, vodka, and a splash of limoncello. It’s a vibrant, refreshing drink that captures the essence of summer—and the richness of Nova Scotia’s local harvests.
A Taste of Nova Scotia in Every Sip
Van Dyk’s is a family-owned business based in the heart of Nova Scotia. For more than 50 years, they’ve been dedicated to cultivating and producing wild blueberries using sustainable practices that honor both the land and the fruit. Their 100% pure blueberry juice is made without any added sugar or preservatives—just hand-harvested wild blueberries, bursting with natural flavor.
These berries are smaller and more intensely flavored than their cultivated cousins, and they bring a deep, rich color and bold berry taste to every pour. When blended with tart lemonade and citrusy limoncello, the result is a cocktail that’s bright, balanced, and beautifully local.
