Meet our Chef
Chef Dana graduated with high distinction from the Canadian Culinary Institute in Prince Edward Island and has many years of experiential learning in a number of fine dining restaurants.
Sourcing pure, high quality ingredients, selecting local and in season items, while applying sustainable mandates, is always prime for Chef Wood. People appreciate Dana as a natural food historian and respect his intrinsic value that food is a living thing and this sustains one in mind, body and spirit.
Dana is a firm believer in creating memorable food experiences and goes out of his way to make sure his guests are deeply happy. Closest to his heart is developing a relationship with the land, the farmers and suppliers and how it translates on your plate.
